Strength Matters

Strength is a term that I throw around a lot.

When it comes to strength, there are many ways we can define what it means.

To me personally I would say it is how much weight you can lift for a given amount of reps.

Someone might say how much you can lift for a single rep.

You may even hear someone define strength in cardio endurance.

None of these are wrong.

But…

One thing for sure is.

The stronger you are, the healthier your life will be.
