What Your Missing

After the age of 40 we need to do a stretching routine.

Besides your regular mobility work during your workout. You will need to work on your stretches outside of the gym.

Just 10 minutes a day is all you need to keep yourself mobile and loose.

Now, don't get me wrong. Mobility is important for any age.

However, after the age of 40. Mobility work is going to be even more important than it is when we are younger.

This is due to the fact that as we age, we lose the elasticity of our muscles, and that elasticity could be what keeps us feeling and moving like our younger selves.

Having more mobility will help you live pain and injury free; it will also help you become stronger.

Being flexible is what keeps you stronger, and what keeps you more active later in life.
