Super Simple Portion Control

Let’s be honest about this.

If you are looking for weight loss, and you are focusing on weight loss. It is all about portion control.

It does not matter what kind of diet you are following.

Weight loss simply comes down to how much food you put into your mouth vs how many calories you burn.

The only way to keep what is going in lower than what is going out is by controlling your portions.

Here is a super simple way to control your portions by using your hand.

This is what you are allowed with each meal.

A palm sized serving of protein, 1 for women and 2 for men.

A fist sized serving of vegetables, 1 for women and 2 for men.

A thumb sized serving of fats, 1 for women and 2 for men.

A hand scoop of carbs, 1 for women and 2 for men.

Stick to this scale and portion control will be easier than you thought.

Don’t forget to drink ½ of your body weight in ounces of water every day.
