The other day my Heather and I were out walking our dogs and I got thinking about how beneficial walking is and how walking is your best form of cardio.
I know, it’s a pretty big claim to say it's the best form of cardio…
Here is why I say that.
It’s super low impact, very easy to do, and everyone can benefit from walking.
Something as short as a half hour walk can take you a long way.
If you are not ready for a half hour that’s ok.
Try 10 minutes today and next week or in two weeks bump it up to 15 minutes.
Take it slow and work your way up.
